When starting out on the adventure of buying a property in a foreign country the first important step is to identify the preferred location(s) and make a visit. Evidently the final destination will be governed by price levels in the local market, as well as personal tastes.
Once the preferred location is established, the property search intensifies and in this regard a certain amount of ground work can be done by spending time on the internet, but there is no real substitute for ¨on-site¨ exploration. It is sometimes necessary to undertake a few visits before the right opportunity arises. You would not rush the purchase process in your own country, so why do it in a foreign country?

If our portfolio doesn’t offer what you are looking for at the time of your search we will endeavour to source relevant options that match your criteria. For this reason, when first contact is made it is important that we are provided with a good brief of the client’s criteria.
Our service covers the whole buying process from finding the right property for the client; negotiation of price, terms and conditions; legal checks; purchase contract; obtaining a mortgage (if required); notary arrangements and after sale services.
Our general portfolio includes both resale and new-build properties, and the search facility on our web-page allows clients to undertake a combined search or a search by category. We also offer Design and Build projects for those clients that haven’t found what they are looking for in the resale or new build markets. We will find you the ideal plot and with the assistance of our team of architects we will help you to design and build your dream home.
In addition to transactional services, we can provide clients with independent professional purchase assistance reports. In addition to valuation advice, these reports provide commentary and advice concerning the legal title and the planning status / building licenses; that is to say, the legality of a subject property. We can also arrange for an RICS regulated valuation or structural survey report to be undertaken, if required.
